1.1. Developers.pilotgroup.net is a communication and collaboration platform for the customers of Pilot Group products and services, developers, project managers, designers or just interested in programming. It was created to support virtually community of Pilot Group’s scripts.

1.2. All parts of the site are meant to serve as a platform for discussion, sharing and help. All systems are post moderated. However, the whole site is a cooperative endeavor. To maintain an environment conducive to quality, please agree to the following few basic guidelines and requests before using developers.pilotgroup.net.

By joining developers.pilotgroup.net, you agree to abide by the following simple common sense rules:

2.1. You certify that you are 13 years of age or over. All those individuals under 13 years of age will need a full release from their parents before posting any messages. This is in compliance with the Children Online Privacy Protection Act of 2000 (COPPA).

2.2. All parts of the system are moderated for foul language and aggressive commercialized promotional activity, such as pro-active soliciting (i.e. via forums or messengers) of other members to buy products or services.

2.3. Always be respectful of other users, the system, and the moderators. We put the system online in good faith, please use it in good faith.

2.4. When writing a post, adding information to Catalogue, or putting up your product description, please, be descriptive, specific, and succinct. This way, you will be clearly understood and referenced. Remember, people from all over the world read here with English as a second language.

2.5. Since this is interactive, and everyone who participates in developers.pilotgroup.net is "in it together", please treat others the way you wish to be treated. Personal attacks are not allowed nor tolerated. Should anyone use inappropriate language, start a personal attack, or engage in hate speech, they will be barred from all further discussions and any use of the system.

3.1. Membership is absolutely free. Developers.pilotgroup.net provides an opportunity to find help, share information, ideas, works and make money.

3.2. Each member of the service can contribute their Pilot Group products’ add-ons to the community.

4.1 To become a Member and use the services available from the Site you must register for an "Account". You will provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the registration form, and update such information to maintain its truth, accuracy and completeness. You must safeguard the Member ID and password you use to access this Site. We may rely on any use of the Site with your Member ID and password as authorized by you.

4.2. Usernames that we feel are inflammatory, vulgar, promotional, or rude will be removed along with the respective accounts.

5.1. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information as prompted by the Registration form, and to update this information to maintain its truthfulness, accuracy and completeness. Developers.pilotgroup.net may suspend or terminate your Account if information you provide is not complete or accurate.

6.1. You agree to safeguard the User ID and password you use to access this Site. You authorize us to assume that any person using the Site with your User ID and password either is you or is authorized to act for you.

7.1. The information posted on developers.pilotgroup.net should be related to Pilot Group products and services ONLY. The aim of this community site is to help customers of Pilot Group products (administrators or developers) communicate and exchange their ideas and works.

7.2. Because your posting may be more pertinent to another ongoing discussion, or it might spawn its own thread, it may be moved as developers.pilotgroup.net moderators see fit.

7.3. Messages describing anything against the law will be removed as soon as possible. Any discussion of those are off topic.

7.4. Developers.pilotgroup.net is a platform for sharing information and for helping others and isNOT a classifieds board for third party products or services. Hence, a question in forum should be followed by discussion, answers or anything else, but not soliciting to write directly to your e-mail to get the answer. Promotional posts on forums will be deleted, since they clutter the forum with ugly cross-promotional spam. Also, please do not drop promotional URLs, signature files, nor specifics that would lead people to your site, unless it serves as a meaningful and absolutely necessary part of the particular discussion. Signing your name is fine, however commercialized posts or resume signatures will be edited. We tend to err on the side of caution to protect the integrity of the system. Affiliate based URLs are not allowed anywhere on the system.

7.5. No press releases, newsletters, web pages, or copyrighted content may be inserted into developers.pilotgroup.net. Minor fair use excerpts of less than one paragraph (4 sentences) may be used if the content is publicly available on the Internet. All other forms of inserted content from press releases, newsletters, web pages, or any other copyrighted content placed into messages will be removed without exception. A link to the content is acceptable and appropriate.

7.6. Please keep your language clean and decent. This includes personal inflammatory language as well as obscenities.

7.7. Please stay within the topic area of the forum in which you are posting a message, and within any topic that another poster may have started.

7.8. You will not copy and retransmit any information from these forums without first getting the permission of the original author of the message and developers.pilotgroup.net administrator.

7.9. Discussions about moderator or administrator actions are welcome in email or local private messages, but should not be discussed in public forums. This is out of respect for the members and moderators or policy involved.

7.10. Messages posted at this site are the sole opinion and responsibility of the poster.

7.11. Personal information exposure. Anyone posting another member's personal details or web site details without permission will be banned.

8.1. The following activities are not permitted on this Website and are a material breach of these Terms of Use:

• Using this Website for any purpose in violation of local, state, national or international laws;
• Posting material that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others;
